ID-wad developed through 15 years of experience and practice the finest expertise to propose to our clients a global design expertise and solutions for design service covering all the aspects of a project in order to create unique and original concept related to the design of living environment.
We assist our client from the project earlier stage of development including strategic analysis of the site, general design and advising (rebranding, repositioning, remodeling, refurbishing…), interior design, facade design, landscaping, micro architecture, object design, signage, environmental graphics in the purpose to deliver a global and full approach.
For private owners we assist the client from the architectural design to the finest interior design details including when it is demanded the selection of the decoration and accessories.
Existing space
In the course of our practice most of ID-wad projects were framed in existing buildings allowing us to develop strong capacity to analyze the potential and the defaults of an asset to propose the right design solution in adequation with the project targeted needs and our customer ambition.
New development
Our team was involved in various new project development such as hotel, offices, shopping mall, residential building. This kind of project involves a different approach and methodology to manage to create a successful project for which ID-wad team has established a strong capacity of adaptation.
Micro Architecture
A very strategic design topic in our project is the creation of conviviality area and polyfunctional micro-architecture to offer comfort and emotion. ID-wad team has developed from it’s experience a strong capacity to explore innovation and latest trends to design unique and original solutions.
Restoration and heritage
From more than 10 Years ID-wad have been participating on it’s domestic market to the maintenance and restoration of more than 100 buildings built from the 18e century to the recent period including several historical heritage monuments. From façade restoration to structural reinforcement and damage reparation our team expertise allows us to offer a service combining the fine diagnostic of the building current state, the structural issues and define the right solution for reparation and improvement including the monitoring of the corresponding site’s work.
Building maintenance
We devote our technical expertise to serve our clients such as property managers and real estate companies to analyse building damages and defaults, framed in the building maintenance scope, study and define the technical approach to solve the issue, organize related contractor research and tendering, control the site work and the from construction side to the financial and administrative aspects.
Construction supervisor
In specific cases of periodic association with other architect studios or in certain cases of construction ID-wad can limitate it’s intervention to the construction supervision including monitoring of the construction, financial survey, schedule control, assistance for construction handover.
Site’s strategic analysis
Our team has the ability to offer a service of assistance to the site manager or owner in the survey and strategic analysis of existing assets to support the reflexion and planification of the site evolution whereas it concerns it’s repositioning, targeted improvement, rebranding or remodeling. This performance is not operational and comes at the preliminary stage of a project.
Assistance for project management
With the participation in more than 50 large scale projects worldwide, ID-wad team has developed the skills and expertise to assist and support real estate developers and project leaders in their relationship with the different project’s stakeholders from the design studies team to the project realisation.
Technical expertise
In 2016 ID-wad opened a new cluster of activity as a technical expert to propose our team expertise to advise our clients such as property managers and real estate companies when they need technical advising to assist them for sinister management, or real estate disputes.
Graphic Material
Our team can create original graphic material such as environmental graphics, media content, editing material like brochure, pictures, flyers… to answer all our customer needs.
Branding
ID-wad creates original graphic material to support the business identity of our customers. From the conception of the logo to it’s declination in the brand book and all the graphic support necessary to the business communication our team carefully listen to our customer needs and create original design to support the branding or rebranding strategy based on an in-depth understanding of the targeted market, competitors and the surrounding business environment.
Signage & Wayfinding
After 10 years of practice in designing signage and wayfinding solutions in large scale development such as shopping malls including customer flow analysis, pictogram design, signpost & paneling concept, our team has developed a solid expertise to create customized and efficient signage systems to orient the customers flow along their journey.
